Our busy schedules often overlook the importance of intentional time for relaxation. My therapist has assisted me in incorporating 5 minutes of movement into my daily routine to enhance my overall well-being. My alarm clock is set to play an upbeat song every morning to get me out of bed and moving.
What can you do to add five minutes of ease, and how will you hold yourself accountable? Adding five minutes of ease to your daily routine can be as simple as taking a short walk outside, practicing deep breathing exercises, or indulging in a quick mindfulness session. To hold yourself accountable, you can set a reminder on your phone or create a small checklist to track your progress. Remember, consistency is key to incorporating these moments of ease into your busy schedule.
